Student Visa subclass 500

Visa holder can bring his family to Australia and engage in study for up to 5 years. Can apply online or outside Australia.

Conditions:

1. enrolled in Australian course of study in Australia
2. possess Overseas Student Health cover or be within one of the exemptions
3. be 6 years or older
4. have a welfare arrangement if under 18
5. hold a Substantive Australian visa if within Australia
6. meet requirements of age; English ability; health insurance; sufficient funds; comply with health and character requirements; comply with Australian values statement and not have a debt with Australian government; have had no visa cancelled or refused
